We are Powering e-mobility in Nigeria.
Swap Station Mobility ("SSM") is Nigeria's first integrated B2B electric vehicle and transport energy platform
Our Business Model
Swap Station Mobility Limited (SSM) has built a B-2-B platform that provides access to electric vehicles (2 and 3 Wheelers), swap station infrastructure, swappable batteries and a hub for repairs and maintenance services for 2-wheeler EVs last mile delivery companies and offtakers in Africa.
Pay as you ride model.
SSM offers a unique “pay as you ride” model. Off-takers can choose from buying a bike outright, renting, or lease to own. Our month-to-month subscription plan also covers insurance, services, maintenance and an agreed number of swaps per day depending on the package.
Swap Station Hub.
Battery swapping is a proven way to decrease EV costs and ensure quick, effective charging. This also addresses the common challenge of purchasing new battery packs given the higher upfront cost of EVs. We will be introducing the largest battery swap inter-change network leveraging world-class infrastructure.
The Team.
Our partners are last mile logistics / delivery companies that operate the electric bikes directly or through a rider program.

We aim to solve the problem of Travel poverty.
Here are a few problems we are looking to solve in Africa
01
High Operating Cost
For internal combustion engines (ICE) vehicles particularly in rural settings which is deepened by fuel subsidy removal
02
Frequent operational Disrupt
Frequent operational disruptions due to regular commodity price shocks, fuel queues and petrol scarcity
03
Negative ICE impact
Negative environmental impact of ICE due to High Carbon Emission
04
Poor Credit Facility
Logistics companies and their riders need access to long-term affordable and flexible vehicle financing terms
